They started their career working a high-volume and high-performance firm before transitioning to trade services, and ultimately, an individual trade service. They understand the ins and outs of creating meaningful and attentive services to families experiencing acute grief, and have a passion and dedication to serving everyone in their community. They have an extensive background and passion toward embalming and restorative arts catered to more difficult cases, and trauma restoration. They additionally background and passion for green and natural burial, and have subsequently learned how to creatively approach trauma restoration for the unembalmed, ensuring all families are given the opportunity to say farewell to their loved ones with grace and dignity. They have profound understanding of the difficulties that funeral homes and funeral directors face for staffing, and aim to provide those fill in services for funeral homes where they may find themselves shorthanded, whether from an sudden and unexpected increase call volume, or from a temporary leave of absence for an employee. They strive to provide the highest quality professionalism and high-level to detail required to provide the most meaningful services to families, and provide relief to funeral homes and funeral directors as needed.

Credentials

Elise is graduate with two B.A.s from the University of Minnesota – Morris in 2015; a B.S. in mortuary science from the University of Minnesota in 2018; and certificates and board certifications for massage therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2024. They have deep understanding of the human body from their extensive training in human anatomy & physiology, and an equally deep understanding to the embalming and restorative arts processes. They have been involved in funeral service in all capacities since 2016, and have pursued their trade with diligence and high-quality results since.
