Meet Your Therapist

Elise is a graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University with certificates in Swedish relaxation and Therapeutic massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Shiatsu Anma. They have extensive interest and knowledge in human anatomy & physiology geared toward understand the inherent capacity for the body to heal itself with appropriate early inventions. They promote an integrated and interdisciplinary approach toward rehabilitation from injury that doesn’t seek to inhibit you from living your life, and instead allows you to build on where you are today. From Western approach to foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine, their focus is on the whole person and meaningful recovery over time.
